That’s why the Emerging Leaders program for training and skills development was created by Teys. Now, in its second year, the program is designed to support the development of emerging leaders across our business. The program, which runs over a six-month period allows participants to complete modules from the Certificate IV in Meat Processing (Leadership). To date almost 50 Teys team members have completed the program and the outlook for future years is bright.
Participants have embraced both the content of the course and the comradery that comes from getting together with colleagues in a positive learning and coaching environment.
